Ok. How long did it take to arrive from order date? also was there any brokerage fees due upon delivery?

ordered saturday came on thursday. $25 shipping from EOS and $25 brokerage.

did the bungee get caught on an anchor blade and get cut?
I have to repair my bungee because of that....but even with the cuts....it never broke even after 3 days of straight use.
